The Incident Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the accident and incident reporting process to include but not limited to:
-Communicating with the customer regarding incident details
-Communicating with Employee regarding incident details
-Complete documentation of incident profile
-Conduct incident investigations
-Partnering with Corporate Leadership to determine course of action for incident including corrective action where applicable
-Ownership on reporting, investigating and documenting accidents or safety issues
-Provide Corrective Action to Employees when required.
Viable candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication, experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Strong organizational skills, and must be comfortable communicating to both customer and employees including corrective action conversations.
