Painter:
This position requires the individual to paint the material that is put on the line. The painter is also responsible for the material to be painted with the appropriate color as well as all of the exposed sides. Visual inspections of the material pre and post painting are also completed by the painter.

Takedown:
The individual in this position is responsible for verifying that the metal isn’t too hot before taking down. Once the material can be handled, the individual takes the production tickets to the quality control inspector.

Pre-treat Loader:
This position requires communication with the Crane Operator to guarantee a steady work flow. They will notify when the racks need to be changed. This individual must be able to lift 50-150 lbs. of material between 2-3 people. Must to able to push and pull heavy loads.

Mill Packer:
Individual is responsible to pack bare mill material in single and/or sub bundle packages built into master bundles. Single pieces/sub bundles will weigh up to 333 lbs. Once bundle is built, it is transported on carts to banding station manually, at which requires pushing bundles from load cart onto conveyor belt for banding. This is a production position, rated by pounds packed per person. The position requires lifting and maneuvering bundles with a partner. As a mill packer the individual will reach and bend, will stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Stacker/Cart Runner:
Individual is responsible to stack material in single and/or sub bundle packages built into master bundles. Single pieces/sub bundles will weigh up to 333 lbs. Once bundle is built, it is transported on carts to banding station manually, at which requires pushing bundles from load cart onto conveyor belt for banding. This is a production position, rated by pounds packed per person. The position requires lifting and maneuvering bundles with a partner. As a stacker the individual will reach and bend, stand and walk for extended periods of time. A clean work area is required to eliminate any potential accidents and promote safety.

Positions Hourly Rate:

Loader/Unloader
$9.00 – $10.08/hr. DOE

General Labor
$9.00.hr. on the job training

Powder/Liquid Painter Trainee
$9.00 – $10.08/hr. DOE

Hourly Rate: $ 9.00/per hour (no experience needed – on the job training) and wage increases of .25₵/hour provided at the successful completion of the 4th and 8th week of employment. This is based upon meeting basic company performance standards.
