We are a growing Commercial Flooring Contractor in the Auburndale area seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk. This person MUST have minimum five (5) years’ experience, preferably with construction or flooring industry background. Insurance, Sales Tax, and Lien Release knowledge are helpful. Duties include, but not limited to:

• Accounts Payable – Entering in invoices, coding properly, calculating sales tax.
• Vendor Lien Releases
• Resolve Customer/Vendor inquiries
• Manage PO’s
• Sub-Contractor’s Pay Applications (Payroll)
• Manage Sub-Contractors Insurance
• Manage Company’s Insurance
• Maintain Insurance & Audits (W/C, Liability, etc.)

• A/P Collections
• Construction Lien Experience
• Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
• Experience in Construction/Flooring related bookkeeping
• Sales Tax
• Notary – Florida
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills

• Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel/Word/Offices
• Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
• Must be well organized, self-starter, and function in a high paced environment
• Must demonstrate attention to detail

8am-5pm Monday – Friday
Full Time Benefits to include: 7 paid holidays, 12 days PTO (Paid time off) after the first year – to start after 90 day probationary period. AFLAC & Health Ins. (after 90 days) 401K, and Profit Sharing (after 1yr) eligibility.
