These two immediate openings will be Temp to Hire and responsible for maintaining clerical assistance to both service and sales.
Prepare and maintain records, reports,files and quote packages.
Able to understand or willingness to learn how to read basic engineering drawing, blueprints or surveys.
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Organize daily workload
Communicate efficiently by phone, e-mail, mail, and direct conversations.
High School Diploma
Proficient in the Basics of Excel, Word, Powerpoint,Adobe and CRM Software is a major PLUS.
Previous experience in construction administrative duties a plus, but not necessary.
