As an Administrative Specialist, your priority is to provide excellent customer service to new clients entering through our Assessment & Referral and MAT programs. You will review intake documents, process client payments, and answer any questions. You will schedule appointments, answer phones and provide support to programs in addition to general reception duties to include data entry and preparing statistical reports as requested. The Administrative Specialist will monitor gender specific urine drug screen collection and process the paperwork associated with collection. Your duties will also include the completion of insurance verifications and entering documentation into the electronic health record. This position is a part time opportunity. The schedule is listed below:
Tues and Thurs: 5:30am-2:00pm
Sat and Sun: 6:00am-10:30am

- Ability to effectively interface with multiple systems of care
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast paced environment
- Strong Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Computer efficiency
- Experience with medical insurance a plus
- All personnel are required to undergo a mandatory post-employment offer criminal background check
- Basic office skills
- 1 – 2 years of related experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual strongly preferred
