Position Summary and Essential Duties

To provide in-bound and out-bound assistance to customers regarding package Inquires, problems and selling company services.

Job Specific Information

  • Relocation assistance is not available.
  • Shift may be assigned anytime between the hours of operation and are bid and based on company continuous service.
  • Shift will most likely be a 2nd shift.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Considered a Plus

  • Customer Service knowledge and/or experience
  • PC ability
  • Good verbal and writing skills


High school diploma/GED. No previous experience required. PC ability, verbal and writing skills. Ability to work variable shifts and weekends/holidays.
