A person in this role will be responsible for receiving inbound calls on a daily basis. These calls will consist of policy questions or concerns. They may receive calls from customers requesting information on their health insurance policy. This role is very customer service focused
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
* 1 – 2 years Call center experience, strongly preferred
* Strong understand of health insurance .
* Understands the importance of, and demonstrates a customer service philosophy.
