The Data Specialist works closely with Program Director, Case Managers and Orlando/Main Office Data and Finance departments to ensure proper flow of all paperwork and data collection. Maintain accurate records and reports that adhere to internal and external policies and procedures. Responsible for timely data entry of client information and service units provided for the program, both within the department and in coordination with the Orlando office. Ensure case notes, activity records and other documentation are properly recorded and maintained. Responsible for filing & file maintenance. High school diploma or equivalent. A valid Florida Driver’s License, a clean driving record, reliable transportation and proof of insurance. Within in the first 90 days of employment, must successfully take the DOEA 701B on-line assessment training and receive certification. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Access. Must be able to learn other software programs required by the department. Sufficient mobility and strength to ambulate and move throughout facilities. Requires the ability to independently access any type of office or private residence. Able to sit for long periods of time, requires frequent walking, standing, stooping, lifting up to approximately 15 pounds, and occasional lifting of up to approximately 35 pounds. Other limited physical activities are required.

This is a full time position working Monday – Friday at 40 hours per week.
