This is a ground floor opportunity for a quality individual to join a well-established local company, receive on the job training, and contribute to the overall success of the business. The open position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm located in Mulberry.

The job focus is on Accounts Payable data entry, preparing vendor payments, communicating with vendors via email and phone, answering the phone, filing, and light cleaning. Over time, there will also be cross-training to a variety of other office functions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook), effective verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, and exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required and may be tested during the application process. The candidate must be dependable, extremely organized, and work well in a fast-paced team environment. Compensation will include $12 hourly pay, benefits and an opportunity to earn monthly performance bonuses after a six month introductory period. Minimum education is a High School Diploma. Some accounting and/or website maintenance experience would be considered a plus.
