Responsible for performing a variety of human resource support duties. Assists in maintaining the human resource database and all employee records and files. Performs general office support functions and assists area personnel as necessary. Ensures that system records are accurately recorded and cross-checked.
Enters new hire information in the human resource system database. Completes miscellaneous research, reports, and memos as requested. Ability to run adhoc reports. Ability to manage I-9’s is a plus.
Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls. Ability to manage HR Manager schedule. Assists with questions and problems courteously and promptly. Obtains and conveys information as needed.
Supports Department personnel as needed. Types memos and letters as requested. Comfortable with high level confidentiality and communicating with various levels of employees including executives. Stays well informed regarding human resource developments.
Performs miscellaneous clerical functions and special projects as assigned. Experience planning company events. Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred. Experience in ADP Workforce a plus.
