Human Resources Specialist Responsibilities

  • Recruiting New Staff
  • Interviewing applicants about their experience, education and skills
  • Screening applicants
  • Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
  • Hire or refer qualified candidates
  • Fire if necessary under the directive of the Firm Partners / Administrator
  • Conduct and/or coordinate orientation/training for new employees
  • Staff Reviews
  • Ensure all employment practices comply with federal, state and local regulations
  • Maintain Up-to-date job descriptions specific to each role
  • Develops training and performance management program
  • Handle Employee Relations
  • Solutions Finder
  • Manage Timecards
  • Mange PTO Requests
  • Process employee paperwork
  • Manage & Maintain Personnel Policy Guideline Manual
  • Manage & Maintain Sweet Process
  • Maintain ongoing surveys concerning culture & moral
  • Recognition of Staff Messages from management
  • Performance Manager
  • Compensation Reports
  • Consult with the Firm Administrator
