We currently have an exciting opportunity in Moore, OK for an experienced Office Manager. This position reports directly to our General Manager.

Summary of job duties & responsibilities:

  • Building Long-Term, Trusting Relationships with our Customers
  • Guaranteeing Customer Satisfaction (doing the right thing)
  • Handling customer calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Collecting & posting customer payments
  • Processing invoices for payment
  • Timely and accurate completion of all required reports
  • Preparing and processing HR paperwork & bi-monthly payroll
  • Ensuring all Company Policies & Procedures are followed
  • Projecting a professional image


  • Minimum five years’ experience in Office Management
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office, Excel, and Word
  • Self-starter, quick learner
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Background checks will be completed on all candidates considered for hire.
