Performs payroll related tasks including but not limited to calculating and issuing paychecks, processing termination pay, answering employee inquiries, tax adjustments, balancing accruals and maintaining proper payroll records.
Support business units and internal customers
Support labor accounting audits
perform other tasks as assigned by management
Proven understandinging of payroll concepts as it relates to calculating paychecks
Proven organizational skills and detail oriented
Proven ability to work in a fast pace agile work environment
Intermediate MS Office skills; Excel, Access, Word
Ability to work and communicate within a large team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or
Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC)
Knowledge of People Soft Systems
